  • Something colourful, comfortable and celebration-worthy! Help us beat the London grey with a splash of colour.

  • We’re still fine-tuning the details but it’ll go something like this:

    • 2pm — Arrival

    • 2.30pm — Ceremony

    • 3pm — Drinks and canapés

    • 5.30pm — Dinner

    • 7.30pm — Drinks and dancing

    • 1.00am — Home time

We’ll be sure to send you an update closer to the day.

  • Yes — we’re so excited to have the spectacular Camberwell Arms cater our wedding dinner. And there’ll be plenty of refreshments 🥂

  • As much as we love your little ones, we’d love for you to have a fun night off so we’re having a child-free wedding — except for babes in arms 👨‍🍼

  • We love a big party but sadly we won’t be able to fit everyone. The names of the guests should be listed in the invite when you RSVP.

  • We’ve got everything we need and are just grateful you can celebrate with us. If you would like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, we’d be forever grateful. You can send any help to us via this link. Thank you!

London Guide Illustration of a pint of Guinness

    • St John: We worship at the alter of St John. It’s a British institution and we love it (sorry we’re a Millennial cliché). Madeleines are a must.

    • Rochelle Canteen: Gorgeous food in a tucked away, converted school garden. Just lovely.

    • Shankeys: Rustic Indian food plus Irish booze and hospitality — what more could you want? The Irish coffee is essential.

    • Quality Wines: Natural wines, sharing plates, cosy neighbourhood vibe. Hot tip: they do a good lunch deal!

    • Pophams: Insanely good pastries. They can take our money any day.

    • Four Seasons: In case you need an Asian fix, you can find legit roast duck here.

    • Bar Termini: Best Negronis in town. Served ice cold in tiny coupes. Chefs kiss.

    • Nando’s: Did you even go to London if you didn’t have a cheeky Nando’s?

    • Morley’s: A south London staple. When you end your night at a Morley’s, you know you’ve had a good night.

    Honourable mentions:

    • Primeur, Forza Wine at the National Theatre, Andrew Edmunds, Quo Vadis, Brawn, Rambutan

    Untested but apparently good:

    • Oma, Miga, The Dover, Cafe Mondo

    Overrated:

    • The Devonshire (the pub bit): Unless you want to elbow your way through a sea of gilet-wearing finance bros, there are much better places to get a pint of Guinness.

    • Padella (Borough Market branch): It’s tiny and never worth the queue. Try the Shoreditch branch instead. Or even better, go to Manteca.

  • Here are some things we love doing when we’re not eating our way round London:

    • Tate Modern: One of our fave galleries in the city. There’s always a good exhibition on or you can explore their permanent collection for free. If you’re not in a rush, take the scenic route from London Bridge and along the river.

    • Barbican: An obvious recommendation but the Barbican will always deserve a shout out. Visit an exhibition, admire the architecture or simply sit by the water gardens if the weather is nice.

    • My Neighbour Totoro (West End show): So, so good. A magical theatre experience. Cannot recommend it enough.

    • Crystal Palace Park: Much love for one of our local parks. Highly recommend seeing the 30 life-sized dinosaur sculptures.

    • The Arch Climbing Wall: Where Pete spends many hours climbing, falling and conquering projects. There’s the added bonus of being just around the corner from the infamous Bermondsey Beer Mile for those who enjoy a craft brew.

    • Take an Uber boat! A surprisingly fun way to get around London. Start at Battersea Power Station, stop by Millbank for Tate Britain, then London Bridge and Borough Market for a late lunch. Continue on and stop off at Greenwich for the great views at the top of the park.

    • Get away from the Big Smoke and do a day trip to any of these great coastal towns: Whitstable, Brighton, Margate, Deal.

  • Citymapper will help get you where you need to go, and there’s plenty of Uber’s in London should you need a ride.
